I only have a small home repair, are you able to help?
Yes, there is no job too big or too small. From repairing a sticking door or building a new wall, you can rely on us to have it sorted for you in no time.
What about outdoor landscaping, can you do that too?
Yes, we work both indoors and outdoors to transform your home.
The Reliable is a fully licenced and certified machine operator and can provide hardscape landscaping and earthscaping services. While we won’t select your plants, we can prepare the area and build your outdoor structures.

I have an urgent home improvement issue. Do you offer a 24/7 service?
The reliable guy is available at short notice where possible to help with your home improvement emergencies. While our availability is not quite 24/7, we do endeavour to assist as soon as practicable. If you need urgent assistance, get in touch and we can see what we can do.

How much do you charge?
This is a tough one to answer without knowing all the details. Our pricing varies depending on the work, and while we are not the cheapest, we do offer competitive rates in line with the level of service we provide.
For a fixed quote, get in touch and we can organise a meeting and onsite inspection to discuss the work and the price.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we hold Public Liability Insurance up to $20,000,000 to cover both ourselves and our work.
I have my own products and materials, will you install these for me?
We are open to discussing the details including the products and materials you have on hand that require installation only. If they meet Australian Standards, are in new condition and are suitable for requirements, we can offer an install-only rate.
